Harvey joined Johnson Astills in 2023 as a paralegal assisting the Solicitors in the Family Team. Harvey studied at the University of Nottingham, and obtained his Law Degree in 2022. Harvey is committed to ensuring that clients receive a high class service.
Harvey assists with a variety of family matters, including:
- Divorce, judicial separation and dissolution of civil partnerships
- Financial settlements on divorce and between unmarried couples
- Financial settlements involving high value assets and/or businesses
- Private Children Act matters, such as Child Arrangement Orders, Specific Issue Orders and Prohibited Steps Orders
