Tom joined Johnson Astills in 2023 as a Paralegal in the Dispute Resolution department. Tom studied at Nottingham Trent University where he obtained his Law Degree in 2022 and his LLM in General Law in 2023.
Tom provides support to the Dispute Resolution Team in relation to all aspects of Dispute Resolution including:
- Disputes between co-owners of property (TOLATA disputes)
- Disputes over the administration of estates
- Recovery of possession of residential property
- Claims for reasonable financial provision from an estate (Inheritance Act claims)
