For a fixed price of £360 (inc VAT at 20%) our friendly, expert divorce solicitors will guide you through the entire process of responding to a divorce petition. We will ensure every detail is taken care of, making the process much simpler and less stressful for you.
This fixed price includes:
- Legal Fees: £300
- VAT: £60
- Total: £360

What isn’t covered by our fixed fee package?
Our fixed fee divorce Respondent package covers uncontested divorce proceedings. It does not cover:
- Finances
- Arrangements for children
